Our Return Policy 

 

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the return and refund policy of Shopperzgate LTD.

 

We only accept the exchange of purchased items, the span of the return must fall within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. For emphasis, no monetary refunds will be made, only exchanging your order for another appropriate item is acceptable.

 

However, in cases where an item you purchased is not your exact size, and we are out of stock of your exact size, You will be eligible to get a cash refund.

 

Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number.

 

If the tags from item(s) purchased have been removed or the item(s) have been obviously worn, we won't be accepting such item(s) back.

 

Clients will be entirely responsible for the cost of return shipping of any returned or exchanged items.
